ARE YOU CERTIFIED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT:

ezpz gatherings, LLC is fully licensed and insured. The owner is a certified ServeSafe manager and operates out of a commercial kitchen permitted by the Allegheny County Health Department.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Go to our contact page or email us at ezpzgatherings@gmail.com to begin your order. Let us know the date of your gathering and how many people you are expecting. We can discuss all the details from there.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Full payment is required at the time of booking.  (Note: an additional board deposit of $20 is required when using our boards. This deposit will be reimbursed in full upon the board’s return). 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Ideally, orders should be placed at least 72 hours in advance, but reach out and we will let you know if we can help in a pinch.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the board is to be delivered/picked up. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance, only 50% of the full payment will be refunded.  

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment is taken at the time of booking. We accept Venmo, cash or checks and credit cards.

HOW DO I GET MY BOARD?

We are located in Pittsburgh, PA, and deliver within a 5-mile radius of the Aspinwall area. If your location exceeds 5 miles, delivery arrangements may be available at an additional charge, so don’t hesitate to ask. We offer convenient pick up in Aspinwall. 

HOW DO I STORE THE BOARD FOR MY EVENT?

Boards should be refrigerated until 1 hour prior to your event. Once boards are picked up/delivered, you are responsible for proper food storage and safe handling.  

DO I KEEP THE BOARD OR RETURN IT?

We offer the use of our eclectic collection of boards that require a deposit which will be reimbursed upon the board’s return (boards must be returned within 3 days of delivery/pickup). You can also choose to supply your own board or platter. In some cases, we offer a “buy your board” option where your spread is displayed on a re-usable or recyclable board for an additional cost that varies by size.  

DO YOU SUPPLY UTENSILS?

We generally do not supply utensils, but please let us know if you need knives, spreaders, or spoons and we can add recyclable utensils at an additional cost.  

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?

Each Gathering Board can be adapted to your specific needs, from nut and gluten free to keto and vegan.
